In between managing my 15-acre permaculture farm, I've had the privilege of bringing hope and encouragement to hundreds of people of all ages. For the past nineteen years, my work as a Nutrition Educator for Montana State University has allowed me to connect with audiences in schools, food pantries, homes, clinics, offices, farmers markets, recovery centers, churches, and camps. Helping people discover that they can become healthier regardless of age is one of my greatest joys. I am a 2021 graduate of New York's Institute of Integrative Nutrition coaching program, and a certified Yoga Instructor.

My sole desire is to help you find freedom...

"I visited countless physicians for 5 years for a debilitating gut condition but they were not able to figure out what was wrong with me. One even said that what I had was 'just something older women get'.

Annette suggested that I ask my doctor about getting a certain test done and it showed I had Salmonella & I was completely cured in one month's time."

"Annette has a passion for holistic health & nutrition which she puts into practice by helping people achieve a balance of healthy eating, exercise, sleep & life's goals. She helped me with nutritional advice as well as life skills & motivation.

I appreciated her active listening skills, encouragement & intuitive insight. I highly recommend Annette, because I know she will make a positive difference in your life's journey, as she did in mine!
